Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun — Billy Corgan’s first post-2000 Smashing Pumpkins album with both guitarist James Iha and drummer Jimmy Chamberlin — came out in early November, and it looked like they were skipping San Antonio on their tour to support the release.

But, oh shit, y’all! The gods of ’90s alt-rock have smiled down on us, because the band added seven more dates, including the Alamo City. The band drops in for a show at Sunken Garden Theater on Tuesday.

$51.50, 5:30pm, Tue Nov. 4, Sunken Garden Theater, 3875 N. St. Mary’s St., sanantonio.gov.
