This bill for lovers of indie-influenced alternative rock brings together four solid San Antonio acts.

Roshii, for starters, is a young band with mountainous energy and a knotty, if pop-twinged, math rock sound. St. Dukes’ music, meanwhile, falls on the energetic and jangly side of intricate indie-pop, swelling with youthful rhythms of celebration and abandon. Donella Drive, a band that has seen several lineup changes over the past year or so, is the most straightforward alternative rock act on the bill. Last but not least, Noise Quota makes lightly experimental alternative rock music with pretty pop influences and post-punk extrapolations.

A quick search for each of these artists on Bandcamp will get you a quick sample of what you can expect to hear at this well-curated show.

Free, Fri Jan. 11, 8pm, Imagine Books and Records, 8373 Culebra Rd., (210) 236-7668, imaginebookstexas.com.
