Austin Terror Fest has announced its 2019 lineup and it might be one of the most impressive bills we've seen in recent Texas history.

Started by local entrepreneurs and talent bookers Dusty Brooks and Dorian Domi, Austin Terror Fest was created in 2016 to celebrate underground and independent heavy metal music and rock culture.

While the fest has almost exclusively been an outlet for heavy metal and punk music performances, this year, the event opened up its bill to noise rock and hip-hop in an effort to make the festival a “more comprehensive and encompassing celebration of counterculture and experimental music," according to a recent press release.

“I couldn’t be more excited to finally reveal this year’s lineup of performers,” said Brooks in the press release. “Feedback thus far has been overwhelmingly positive, and we look forward to embracing this enthusiasm and support as we take Austin Terror Fest to new heights in 2019, and far beyond.”

Austin Terror Fest will take place across a three-day weekend from Friday, June 7, to Sunday, June 9, at the Empire Control Room + Garage and Barracuda.
