There just doesn't seem to be any letup in San Antonio's skyrocketing housing prices. In October, the city's median price shot past $300,000 for the first time, according to data from the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

While that may make you think your chance over ever landing a place of your own — much less one with history and charm — is out of the question, bargains are out there. To that end, we rounded up 10 homes, all 75 years or older, now on the market for under $200,000 — a full $100,000 below SA's new median price.
