Saturday, January 17: The San Antonio Cerveceros will kick off the year with a course on cleaning techniques, regiments and cleaning supplies. In "Keeping it Clean," you'll learn how to keep your brews from turning south using 5 Star Cleaning supplies. The group will also be tapping into their Ales for ALS beer, brewed last August. Sunday, January 18: Support the regional Barman's Fund, a group which donates money to different groups based on certain shifts.
