Saturday, February 1: Celebrate the Year of the Horse at the Institute of Texan Cultures’ 27th annual Asian Festival. Load up on traditional Korean, Indian, Chinese and other pan-Asian treats. $8-$10, 10am-5pm, 801 E Cesar Chavez, (210) 458-2224,
