Less than a year after opening the first location on the North West side of town, a second Bubble Waffle Bar opened in mid-April. Stone Oak can now enjoy over-the-top milkshakes, bubble tea, and bubble waffles topped with ice cream, mochi, Pocky and more. Owner J.R. Gallegos hinted at upcoming items like Dole Whip soft serve and Mexican gelato.
