Alamo Drafthouse to Screen Tim Burton Classics in September

The latest film from iconic director Tim Burton is set to hit theaters Sept. 30, so to gear up for the Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children release, Alamo Drafthouse is prepping you with several screenings of the classics.

Dubbed “SeptemBURTON,” the month will include screenings of Batman (1989), Beetlejuice, Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, Edward Scissorhands, Big Fish, Mars Attacks! and Corpse Bride. Tickets for showings and special movie parties are available here, and costumes, of course, are encouraged.

And because no Alamo Drafthouse celebration would be complete without a special menu, expect themed dishes and cocktails to pair with the film festivities.

Movies will be screened across all three San Antonio locations, so be sure to check out the schedule and get your tickets early — these showings are sure to sell out.
