Focusing on jasmine and orange blossom, instructors Carrie Edmond and chef Dave Terrazas lead guests in an all-ages, 90-minute workshop exploring aromatherapy-based mindfulness practice and restorative relaxation techniques, to be followed by a culinary demo. Attendees are asked to bring a floor mat.
