Friday, September 30, 2016 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Great Hall What do geology and art have in common? the question will be answered by a local professor in the sciences. Dr. Lester Bleamaster, Trinity University Geosciences Professor, will provide personal insight of art appreciation from a non-art professions perspective by demonstrating similarities and connections on geology and art. Dr. Bleamaster, Ph.D., proves to the public that art appreciation does not have to be solely for people in art professions by representing nonprofessional art professions with geological connections to art.
