When I’m hit with bouts of insomnia, usually I don’t go online to find trippy, artsy video clips, but last night I found myself doing just that. And that’s when I came across the Los Angeles cable-access TV show Let’s Paint TV. Join host John Kilduff as he partakes in some “multitasking creativity,” which on this special episode consisted of jumping on a treadmill, sneaking in a brief chat with co-host and Swedish exchange student Inga, and painting a portrait of guest Sheila Sheila of the Jungle. After about the 3-minute mark, you’ll be just as winded as Kilduff is watching this crazy-insane clip. We apologize to Critical Darling for snagging this gem of a viral video, but we applaud any artist (crazy or sane) that can mix exercise, cooking, and painting all in a single 28-minute period. Don’t take my word for it — check it out for yourself at johnkilduff.com/tv.html
