This is an open house free yoga event. The Ashtanga practice is for every body, and is about becoming the best version of yourself. All levels welcome. Start the morning with a class geared toward beginners, Ashtanga Fundamentals with Kaitlin 9-10am, followed by an intermediate class, Primary Series with Ana 10-11am, and lastly for those w/ a little more established practice Jump Throughs and Handstands with Alex 11am-12pm.
