Globally significant Ballet Folklórico of Mexico returns to join our celebration of San Antonio’s Tricentennial. Dancer, choreographer and historian Amalia Hernández’s 76-member Ballet Folklórico gloriously and authentically brings to life the stirring music, swirling dance and beautiful costumes of Mexico, from primitive pre-Colombian rites to the sweeping choreography of the Regency, Colonial, Revolutionary and Modern eras.
