Keep calm and make awesome pizza. At least that seems to be the motto Lori and Doug Horn, owners of Dough, have ascribed to since opening their restaurant to a flood of hungry San Antonians. The eatery has expanded its digs several times over, most recently making room for a second wood-burning oven, and the pies are still to die for.
