- Michael Barajas
The former president will stop by the Tobin on Monday, June 11, for "A Conversation with President Bill Clinton." He'll be discussing his book, The President is Missing, which he co-wrote with author James Patterson.
According to a press release, the book marks the first time a president has collaborated with a best-selling novelist on a work of fiction.
Clinton will talk about his experience writing the book and his research process, as well as "the timely and alarming issues [the book] raises about our world today."
Okay... We'll have to wait to see if that holds true since the book will be released just a week before the event.
If you're that much of a Clinton supporter that you'll go either way, tickets go on sale Friday, April 6, at 10 a.m. Tickets will be available at tobincenter.org, by phone at (210) 223-8624 or in-person at the Tobin Center Box Office.
$74.50-$375, Mon June 11, 7 p.m., Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, 100 Auditorium Circle, (210) 223-8624, tobincenter.org.
