Billboard Tells Liberals to Keep Driving Until They Leave Texas

A billboard located in the Texas panhandle is telling liberals to keep on driving until they get out of the Lone Star State.

In the small town of Vega, about 35 miles from the Texas/New Mexico border, Facebook user Kyle Mccallie of Fritch snapped a photo of the billboard on I-40 and shared it to his page yesterday. The photo has since been shared more than 15,000 times.

The photo has also inspired Facebook users to start the political commentary, with left-leaning users calling out conservative Texans who hide behind their "Christian" values while users on the right of the politcal spectrum defended the billboard and left comments like "God Bless Texas."

Mccallie, whose Facebook bio is "Pissing liberals off one rejected welfare check at a time," is among the conservatives supporting the billboard. In the caption he wrote "I like it!" and told USA Today that he's supportive of the billboard, but doesn't know who is behind it.
