Set those DVRs, pals. The Travel Channel will air it's San Antonio-centric episode of Andrew Zimmern's Bizarre Foods on Monday, June 15 at 8 p.m. CST. The episode, "San Antonio: Brains, Balls & Blood," will focus on Zimmern's trip to the city in March with stops at Mixtli, Restaurant Gwendolyn, El Machito and Broken Arrow Ranch

The visit also included a Sunday morning stop at Johnny Hernandez's Casa Hernan for some fresh barbacoa and Big Red, naturally.
