The Boardwalk on Bulverde, 14732 Bulverde Road, will be celebrating their third annual Octobeer Feast with The San Antonio Fire Museum Society in honor of Fire Prevention month.

The event will take place during Oct. 4 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Oct. 5 from noon to 11 p.m. and Oct. 6 from noon to 8p.m

Staple food trucks of the venue will participate, like Slice Brick Oven Pizza, Society Bakery, Dirty Dawgs and Fries and more.

The venue has two playscapes and an arcade for the kiddos, along with washers and a basket ball hoop.

The society will display a vintage fire truck during the afternoon throughout the weekend.

Need more entertainment? Crossfire will preform on the night of Oct. 4 and Oct. 5.

On Oct. 9 the society will have it's grand opening to the San Antonio Fire Museum, 801 E. Houston.

A portion of the proceeds from Octobeer Feast will help the society preserve the history of the department, and educate others about fire safety and protection.
