Four legendary Westside cantantes bring it home to the Guadalupe Theater for a free concert with Mariachi Mujer Internacional on Saturday. Co-presented by the Esperanza Peace and Justice Center and Cine Studio San Antonio (who’ll be filming the performance for a forthcoming documentary), Las Tesoros are: Rita “La Calandria” Vidaurri (a onetime Jax Beer poster girl), Blanca Rosa (who first played the Guadalupe at age 13), Perla Tapatia (who readers might recognize from Mi Tierra’s iconic mural), and Beatriz “La Paloma del Norte” Llamas (considered the first Tejana to play Madison Square Garden). Part of the Guadalupe’s Bread & Roses series, the concert includes a free light lunch. Free, 1pm, Guadalupe Theater, 1300 Guadalupe, (210) 271-3151, guadalupeculturalarts.org.
