; Brusketa represents a Mexican take on Italian that ends up representing neither cuisine especially well — yet manages to turn out some decent dishes regardless. The mushroom risotto is very good, pastas appear properly cooked — if not always as described, and on the evidence of a dessert model, pizzas from the wood-burning oven are likely to please.
