Celebrate the New Year Hillside style with Executive Chef, David Hill of Texas Bistro. Guests can enjoy Texas Bistro classics or choose from Chef Hill’s New Year’s Eve select specials to include smoked prime rib with a twice-baked cheddar and bacon potato along with the choice of creamed corn or grilled asparagus, au jus and horsey cream. Guests can also dive into grilled shrimp skewers with smoked lemon garlic butter, rice pilaf and grilled asparagus, or even make it surf and turf with lobster mac and cheese served with smoked brisket lardons. There will not be a cover charge but food will be for purchase.
