The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), San Antonio's Bakery Café returns with a new home, now located at Savor at Pearl. From January 28 to April 11, students in the college’s Baking and Pastry Arts major will be showcasing their skills in a real-world retail bakery and sit-down restaurant. The CIA Bakery Café will offer takeout Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and café dining is open Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
