Oh, the weather outside is ... gross and yucky and no one wants to drive in it. That said, several restaurants are closing their doors as a precaution due to slick roads. Clementine, the new neighborhood eatery opened by husband-and-wife team John and Elise Russ has postponed their opening to Wednesday evening.

Clementine will be open 5 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m.

From our Monday post, guests will find 'hush puppies' with labneh, pickled green tomato, honey and sumac; fried salt cod tots, and a Sideboard of ricotta cavatelli with broccoli pesto, pink peppercorns and pecans and garlicky spinach mustard greens," and entrée-style offerings such as crispy skin river trout with fresh bitter greens, soy and sesame oil and 24-hour short ribs served with roasted new potatoes and bordelaise jus.
