Rent these free on Friday, March 30, and don't let the NCAA fans have all the fun.
SWell Cycle, the bike-share service formerly known as San Antonio BCycle, will offer free rides on Friday, March 30, for the start of the NCAA Final Four Tournament.

Because, you know, nothing mixes like bicycles, busy downtown streets and inebriated NCAA fans.

Fortunately, the free stuff isn't reserved just for big-spending tourists. You needn't attend the tournament to qualify, or even be able to name the hockey teams participating in it. To take advantage, download the SWell Cycle app (What? You don't have it already?) and use the code "ImSwell" to claim your freewheelin' Alamo City birthright, baby.

SWell Cycle, renamed in February after Steward Health Care System stepped in as title sponsor, has more than 500 bikes for rent at 63 stations around town.
