Saturday, May 30: It's time for a carnival-themed party at Max's Wine Dive. The Houston-based eatery will host Wine-O-Palooza on its patio with chocolate covered bacon, chicken and waffle sliders on a stick and funnel cake as made by chef Lionel "Butch" Blache.
