Release Date: 2007-11-28

Cult to Follow is a local supergroup of sorts, comprised of talented musicians from three of the city’s most highly respected bands. The brainchild of Bryan Scott, who has lain dormant since his frontman days with Union Underground, CTF features the talents of Troy Doebbler (13 Muses/Alienation) on the low end, with Jason “Shakes” West at the kit, and the pristine riffage of Todd Connally, the latter two of recently disbanded industrial mainstay Pitbull Daycare. Union Underground still has two top ten active rock songs on the charts: “Turn Me On Mr. Deadman” and “Across The Nation.” CTF has a debut release slated for spring ’08, to be preceded by regional and national touring. Fans are abuzz — this is San Antonio’s first chance to see them headline. $5, 7pm, White Rabbit, 2410 N. St. Mary’s, myspace.com/culttofollow.
