Join us to watch a live demonstration to learn the secrets to making formed spreadable soft cheeses (probiotic/fermented) and how to vary flavors and ingredients to replicate your favorite cheeses like ricotta, goat's cheese, cream cheese, and cheddar.
We'll also learn to make a cheesy vegan Caesar sauce that's great for salads or dipping, and a multi-use nacho cheese sauce.
