Former Dallas Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith has put his North Texas home on the market with a $2.2 million price tag. Yes, that listing price pays homage to the 22 he wore on his jersey during his NFL career.

But that's not the only unique twist with this listing. The buyer will also get a private dinner with the NFL Hall of Famer, according to a news release. How often does someone get to dine with a guy who not only won three Super Bowls but also a season of Dancing With the Stars?

Smith built the house, located in the suburb of Addison, in 1995. But now that his kids are mostly grown, he no longer needs its sprawling 11,000 square feet of living space, according to Realtor.com.

In addition to five bedrooms, including two posh master suites, the property includes a home theater, a game room and a swimming pool. The dining room seats 22 — yet another nod to Smith's jersey number.

This home is listed by Arthur Greenstein with Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
