Explore the cuisine and the culture of South Texas in the Boiler House and the Witte Museum's first of its kind ticketed dining charity event, “Dinner in the Wild.” Guests will enjoy fine dining around the "Texas Wildlife" theme. The moonlit dinner in the Texas Wild Garden at the Witte will feature an assortment of dishes from top local chefs, led by Boiler House with Chef Jarrad Gwaltney, Jeff Balfour (Southerleigh), Jason Dady (Tre Trattoria), Tim McDiarmid (Tim the Girl Catering), and Anne Ng and Jeremy Mandrell (Bakery Lorraine).
