Engaging New Voices-Girls Inc.
Girls Inc. of San Antonio’s Mentors Valuing Peers participants (MVPs) will host a Town Hall to address the dangers of sexual assault. The event creates an opportunity for MVPs to discuss issues that impact girls’ lives within the community.
MVPs will raise awareness for the serious issue during the month of April —Sexual Assault Awareness Month— in partnership with the Silver and Black Give Back Program. The Town Hall will include a Q&A session with local experts about the necessary steps to eliminate sexual violence in the San Antonio community.
