Guests will celebrate in style at a family-style dinner celebrating the local bounty of farmers, ranchers, local brewers and wineries at My Fathers Farm, a certified organic farm in Seguin, TX and the proceeds will benefit Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas. Enjoy a true local family-style bounty with whole roasted South Texas Heritage Pork, Hudspeth goat and lamb and fresh, local and seasonal vegetables prepared by The Chef Cooperatives. The chef-driven menu will be complemented with drinks from Alamo Beer, Karbach Brewery, BS Brewing, Kuhlman Cellars, Blue Lotus Winery and Treaty Oak Distilling.
