Fiesta Oyster Bake

SPONSORED -- The countdown is on to Celebrating 99 Years of the Fiesta Oyster Bake. The Fiesta Oyster Bake Committee is once again excited to kick off Fiesta San Antonio on April 17th and 18th on the beautiful campus of St. Mary’s University. This year’s Fiesta Oyster Bake will be different than any other. As “The Heartbeat of Fiesta,” we have worked hard to reflect a true Fiesta feel in every aspect of our event and made several updates to make the Bake a better experience for our loyal patrons. We have increased our entertainment as the event will now feature six stages both nights, including two nights of Tejano / Latin music. The sounds of Rock, Country, Tejano, Jazz, R&B, Hip Hop and Pop music will fill the campus with many diverse and exciting sounds. For those of you looking for a place to relax and take it easy at the Bake, we have created the new “Chill Zone.” This area will feature Jazz on Friday night and the new Singer/Songwriter showcase on Saturday. Additionally in this area, we have partnered with Mondavi wines and the San Antonio Food Truck Association to bring you some great local fare with a special wine tasting. Enjoy delicious food and wine in this new area which is soon to be one of your Fiesta Oyster Bake favorites! Live music by P.O.D., Pop Evil, Sevendust, Nonpoint, Naughty By Nature, Third Root, DJ Tone, Loverboy, The Spazmatics, Bitter Sweet, Wade Bowen, Jana Kramer, Cody Johnson, Frankie Ballard, Kyle Park, Mario Flores and The Soda Creek Band, and more!
