In 2013, AJ Edwards wrote and directed his first feature 'The Better Angels' starring Diane Kruger, Jason Clarke, Brit Marling, and Wes Bentley. Edwards’s second feature as writer and director 'Friday’s Child' set in Texas premiered at the South by Southwest Film Festival in 2018. This fall Edwards curates four films rooted in political turmoil or revolution. Dr. Strangelove or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb: A black comedy film satirizing Cold War fears of a nuclear conflict between the Soviet Union and the United States, this film was directed, produced, and co-written by Stanley Kubrick.
