The restaurant that celebrates the best of Texas’ native flavors is getting hitched, taking the plunge for one night of bliss with a pairing dinner featuring Wedding Oak Winery, an acclaimed wine producer from the Texas Hill Country. The evening includes a four-course private dinner and wine pairings. Chef Armando Diaz, Chef de Cuisine of Antlers, has crafted a dinner menu featuring a range of Texas flavors, including grilled octopus, antelope tartare and rib eye cap, giving diners the opportunity to experience a bevy of Texas’ natural bounty alongside Wedding Oak’s full selection locally sourced Texas wines.
Price: $65 per person, not including tax and an 18 percent gratuity.
