Free Week

Every year, since its inception, Paper Tiger’s Free Week stands as a testament to just how much the venue has shaped S.A.’s music scene. Each year, the spot hosts several days of free shows that thoughtfully bring together the best of local music with excellent out-of-town talent. Talk about a customer-appreciation week that we can get behind! This year, the four-day blowout will feature the Shut Ups (new wave/post-punk from Oakland), King Tuff (Burger Records reppin’ garage psych), Stonefield (psych rock from a crew of Aussie sisters), The Cops (anti-authoritarian psych-punk from HTX) and more. On the local front, we’ll be excited to catch the Grasshopper Lies Heavy, Stegosaur, Fea, Sunjammer, True Indigo, Elnuh and many more. The lineup continues to grow as Free Week nears, so be sure to check out the website listed below or Paper Tiger’s Facebook page for updates.
