Flying Saucer Draught Emporium has teamed up with Freetail Brewing Company for a five-course beer dinner featuring five RARE brews. Brewery owner Scott Metzger and brewmaster Jason Davis will teach attendees about the art of beer pairing at this delicious event. Featured brews from Freetail include Whalezbro, Peach Bexarlinar, Despertado en Manzanilla, La Muerta, and Komorebi. The menu will consist of a family-style charcuterie and cheese board; fresh pear and basil salad; despertado en manzanilla with cilantro chicken and spicy thai noodles; sweet potato and mushroom lamb stew; and poached pears in a honey, ginger and cinnamon syrup.
