Girl's Night Out at The D.I.Y. Factory: An Ode to Palmolive



The DIY Factory is hosting another monthly Girl’s Night Out crafting social. July we will be remembering the days of D.I.Y. (do it yourself) dishwashing by celebrating the classic-green-hand-softening dish washing liquid, Palmolive! Guests will learn the art of glassware painting, be provided supplies for do-it-yourself manicures with a complimentary Palmolive soak, have an opportunity to win a “dishwashing kit’, and be treated to an evening of cocktails, chocolate, and crafting camaraderie.

Ladies 21 and up are invited to join us on Friday, July 29, 2011 from 8pm to 10pm at The DIY Factory, located at 529 San Pedro Ave., San Antonio, TX 78212. $15 cover entitles each guest to a pair of champagne, wine or assorted glasses; access to a variety of glass paints and instructions/tips on painting techniques; assorted nail polish colors (paints & pens) and tools of the trade; cocktails and a variety of sweets.

For the digitally uninhibited a photo booth will be set up to showcase guests’ freshly polished nails and custom painted glasses. The modeling contest winner will be rewarded with a thoughtfully assembled dishwashing kit. Space is limited.
