New Braunfels' latest eatery Muck & Fuss and bar Sidecar are opening up to the public today, October 8. The two new spots are great additions to one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas.
Muck & Fuss, located next door to the historic Prince Solms Inn, features a menu created by North Carolina chef, Kris Fuller, and cocktail menu by San Antonio’s own, Andy Hack. The food menu is a blend between Tex-Mex and Southern favorites, while the cocktail menu is filled with drinks on tap, frozen concoctions and boozy shakes.
Sidecar, a bar located in the basement of the Prince Solms Inn, adds a speakeasy to the San Antonio-Austin corridor. Complete with a piano and live music, Sidecar is a great place to start any Texas Hill Country date. The menu contains unique riffs on classic cocktails with a few originals thrown in.
