Holiday Pies Cooking Demo: Easter Edition

When: Wed., March 28, 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. 2018

Spend an afternoon in the Culinary Institute's kitchen learning to make tender, flaky pies. This class is an interactive culinary demonstration taught by a CIA chef-instructor. During the class, guests will enjoy a tasting of the dishes prepared and take the recipes home.
