Hoppy Monk Hosting Intimate Beer & Cheese Pairing Class

Left Hand Brewing Company and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop are linking up at Hoppy Monk Saturday, June 16 to host a private class pairing two of our favorite things: beer and cheese. The class will showcase a variety of each of the brand’s best products in a way that would make Joey Tribbiani proud.

The class will teach attendees how to train their palate while sampling five distinct beer and cheese selections. Guests will learn how to identify and pair specific drinks to their cheese counterparts to skillfully create flavorful combinations.

Representatives from both companies will be present to guide participants through the culinary experience.

The event will be a “sit down” occasion for adults only (21+). The class is limited to 20 seats to avoid overcrowding and to ensure that the environment remains intimate and cheesy.
