Twitter user @HeyChalice shared a short video of a Houston Police Department sergeant (according to his sleeve insignia) taking a not-so-secret picture of a woman from behind. The woman was standing on the floor of the concert while the officer, who is working security, is standing close to a wall.

In a follow-up tweet, @HeyChalice shares another video of the sergeant sending the photo via text.

The initial video has gotten more than a million views since being shared on Tuesday night, and the Houston Police Department got wind of the incident. In tweets from Wednesday, the department said an investigation is underway.
We are aware of a video that shows actions of one of our officers at a concert last evening. Although HPD has not received a formal complaint, we have launched an internal investigation.— Houston Police (@houstonpolice) October 3, 2018
The actions depicted on the video are not consistent with the expectations we have for our personnel. Upon completion of the investigation, the department will take any and all corrective action.— Houston Police (@houstonpolice) October 3, 2018
Following outrage from some Twitter users, @HeyChalice said she had alerted the woman about what happened.
Btw, I don’t support this AT ALL. I just saw it and recorded it. I’ll let Twitter do it’s thing.— ✨ (@HeyChalice) October 3, 2018
