Nicole Lopez, of Intero Real Estate Services, used her great (and Texan) marketing skills to entice potential home buyers with free tacos if they closed on a house. A meme-driven Facebook page shared a photo of Lopez's sign and it quickly went viral (obviously).
Lopez has since made a deal on the house. She told KPRC that a man closed on the home where the sign was photographed and has claimed the tacos. Lopez said the buyer is planning on throwing a taco party.
When the Houston news station asked how Lopez came up with the idea, she said, "Tacos just seemed like a really good idea at the time."
By reading some of the comments on the post, it seems like Facebook users agree.
