Intercambio Dinner Series: Chefs Patxi Zumarraga and Steve McHug

As part of the programming this summer for of Olé San Antonio, Cured at Pearl invites exemplars of the Spanish culinary scene to participate in exchanges with their Pearl counterparts. Chef Steve McHugh of Cured at Pearl hosts Chef Patxi Zumarraga, a leader in the Slow Food movement, which prizes “good, clean, and fair” sourced food. McHugh and Zumarraga will co-create a prix fixe menu with Spanish wine pairings for an exclusive number of guests.
