Join Jack in the Box in Keeping SA Senior Citizens Cool

Craving a Jumbo Jack?  Help out local seniors when you stop by local Jack in the Box stores this Saturday to satiate a craving for those tacos with cheese slices in them.

The restaurants will hold a fan drive to support senior San Antonians who live without air conditioners. All SA locations, along with San Antonio Fire Stations, will take box fans and monetary donations on Saturday, July 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The donations will go toward Project Cool, a charity made up of the City of San Antonio (Human Services, Fire Department) Catholic Charities of San Antonio, Inc., United Way of San Antonio & Bexar County, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and community/corporate partners. Seniors over 60 will benefit from said donations.

Folks traveling this weekend can also donate, as Jack in the Box locations in Laredo, Austin, and the Rio Grande Valley will also be taking donations.
