Jordanian Cooking Class

When: Sat., Jan. 5, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. 2019

This Jordan cuisine making class will kick off at Raindrop Turkish House. This class will focus on sharing traditional and typical cuisine from various countries while learning about other cultures. The event will feature Mansaf, Jordan’s national dish, made of lamb chunks slowly cooked in a yogurt sauce & served on a bed of rice, and topped with toasted pine-nuts and almonds.
