Chef Cariño Cortez will teach children the culinary cultural tradition of making tamales. This class is recommended for children ages five and older. Parents can enjoy breakfast at Pico de Gallo while children learn to make tamales. Class includes storybook reading, tamale lesson, tamales and hot chocolate to eat during class and tamales to take home. Space is limited.
