Kitchen Takeover with Chef Adrian Davila

For the first time ever BBQ will infiltrate Michael Sohocki’s Restaurant Gwendolyn in their series of Kitchen Takeovers. Adrian Davila, of Davila’s BBQ from Seguin, will be head chef serving 3 courses of locally sourced, in-season ingredients, and using the whole hog from curly tail to snout.
