The dinner which runs from 5 to 10 p.m. will start off with a complimentary champagne toast and Spanish cured meats, cheeses and olives. A guest’s choice of a Spanish Caesar salad or a creamy piquillo pepper bisque will follow. The main course choices served will be a Muscovy duck breast and crispy confit leg, garlic prawns or a 21-day, dry-aged filet of beef. Dessert is a dark chocolate gateau or tres leches with berry sorbet and a lemon verbena soup.

The dinner is $65 per person. To make reservations call (210) 298-8040.
