Make Your Own Mole Workshop

When: Sat., Nov. 4, 12-2 p.m. and Sat., Nov. 18, 12-2 p.m. 2017

Guests can learn how to make the traditional Mexican dish (mole verde and mole poblano) from scratch using recipes adapted from La Cocina en el Bolsillo, a Mexican cookbook series published by Antonio Vanegas Arroyo in the early 20th century.
