March Madness Fitness Challenge

When: Sat., March 5, 7-9 a.m. 2016

@ TejasFit, 4904 Broadway
This is a race for all fitness enthusiasts. Whether you're a weight room rat or a long distance runner, everyone is welcome to test their fitness. Each competitor will do the following: 1. Row 500 meters 2. Complete 15 Pushups to at least 90 degrees of elbow bend 3. 10 Hang Clean followed by 6 Shoulder Press (men 95 lbs, women 45 lbs) 4. 150 ft Sandbag Carry (men 80 lbs, women 40 lbs) 5. Half-mile run We will have Novice/Scaled divisions for both men and women. Those events will be as follows:
